By becoming a member of A Pixel -N- Time and/or
purchasing anything from A Pixel -N- Time you are accepting my terms whether you have read them or not. So please be sure to read them. If you fail to follow and/or abuse my terms your membership will be suspended with NO Refund. My terms are subject to change. If they do change, I will be sure to notify all members.

1. Do not share your login or password with anyone. There are no exceptions.

2. No hot linking allowed at anytime.

3. Once you join A Pixel -N- Time,
you will be sent a membership logo. Your membership logo must be displayed within 7 days on your website (If you have one) with a clickable link to
http://apixel-n-time.com

Also my site logo must remain on your site, even if your membership has expired, as long as you continue to use things from my site.

4. It is mandatory to join the A Pixel -N- Time Yahoo Update Group. This is important, so as not to miss any updated information...The join button is located on the main page, in the members area.

5. You do not need a website to join A Pixel -N- Time.

6. Nothing on my site (Period) can be shared in Yahoo/ MSN/Google Groups and/or Forums.
See below for change of terms.

7. All graphics at A Pixel -N- Time are Never allowed to be on any websites that contain negative and/or Adult Oriented type of material. You must have a child friendly site.

8. There are No Refunds Given,
once you have logged into the members area.

I have the right to refuse anyone membership here at A Pixel -N- Time.

Tubes

1. Tubes may be used to create sig tags, web sets, stationary & premades, for free or for profit.

2. You can not use the tubes "As Is". When creating sig tags, web sets, stationary & premades ~ Using just text is NOT enough. You must add additional tubes from here, another site or your own creations.

3. You can not alter the tubes in any way.

4. You can not copy the tubes and make them as your own or make tutorials from them.

5. You must give credit back to A Pixel -N- Time when using any of the tubes.

LineArt

1. You must hold a Tube License to tube any lineart - for offering inside your members area and/or to sell as tube packs.

2. There are to be No "As Is" offered with the tubes created from the lineart, when sold as tube packs.
(Note: Unless you have an As Is License - then you are able to sell the tubes with an As Is option.)

3. You can use the lineart for sig tags, premades, web sets or stationary, as long as it is fully colored in.

4. There is to be No Altering of the lineart.

5. You can not offer any of the lineart "As Is"
in a free or members area.

6. Do not copy any of the lineart and make them as your own or make tutorials from them.

7. You must give credit back to A Pixel -N- Time when using any of the lineart.

Sig Tags

1. When creating sig tags. You can not offer them (Blank) for others to add names and/or text to. A sig tag must have more then one tube added to it. Using just text is NOT enough. You must add additional tubes from here, another site or your own creations.

2. All sig tags must have a clickable or a textable link to http://apixel-n-time.com/ when they are used.

3. You can offer sig tags for free or for profit.

As Is Tubing License

There are only a few people with this option but I want to have the info on here for you. On your membership logo, it says As Is License. This License means that you can tube "My Original Lines Only" and offer them in your shop with an As Is Option.

Purchaseware Tubes - As Is or End Use

1. Any tubes purchased from A Pixel -N- Time are not to be altered in any way. They can only be used to create products like sig tags, premades, stationary & web sets.

2. You can not resell the tubes to anyone. The tubes can not be placed in your members area unless you have purchased an "AS IS" License. The License must be displayed on every page you use my tubes.

3. DO NOT claim the tubes as your own. I hold the copyright to the 100% A Pixel -N- Time tubes.

Purchased Lineart - As Is or End Use

1. The Lineart is not to be altered in any way.

2. You must give A Pixel -N- Time credit on every page you display the lineart on.

3. The lines can not be placed in your members area, unless you have purchased an "AS IS" License.

4. You can not resell the lineart uncolored.

5. If you sell the tubes you have created from my lines, you are only able to offer them as "End Use".

6. You can add the tubes you have created from my lines to your members area... For your members to use to create products like sig tags, premades, stationary & web sets.

7. DO NOT claim the lineart as your own, I hold the copyright to them at all times.

Change of terms 08/25/2010 Related to Social Sites:
Use of my graphics only, are permitted at Social Sites such as LiveJournal, Flickr, Facebook, MySpace, etc.
as long as my terms are followed and you place a grid
over the graphics displayed there. Always be sure to give proper credit and respect my work, as well as other artists work. If I discover that this is being misused I will change these terms back and not allow
it. Please remember that not all artists allow their
work to be used on those sites. It is your responsibility to know who does and does not allow it and respect
